Waste disposal is an enormous problem in the UK, but Sapphire Energy Recovery can provide solutions which are both cost effective and environmentally sustainable.

We identify suitable material properties which enable waste streams to be used in the manufacture of cement as either an alternative fuel or raw material.

We use sophisticated analytical methods at our specially-designed, in-house laboratory to analyse the constituents of such materials to ensure emissions from the cement making process are not adversely affected and that the essential physical and chemical properties of the cement product are maintained.
